Injection systems

The Adcos technology platform is based on polyurethane, methacrylate or silicate based injection systems: resins, foams, grouts and gels. These systems are primarily used for preventive and problematic leaksealing of below and above grade concrete structures such as metros, tunnels, parkings and dams for repair and maintenance or new construction.

Systems based on polyurethane:

  One component, solvent free, polyurethane injection system ideally suitable for crack injection/water leaks in concrete and masonry structures. Reaction with water yields a semi-rigid polyurethane foam (slightly flexible). To be injected with a one-component pump. Use with 6 to 10% catalyst.

PURINJECT 2C ELASTIC LV is a CE certified system and is subject to: EN 1504-5 - Principle 1 - Protection against ingress and waterproofing; method 1.4 - the filling of cracks.
